ORDERING INFO
We do not accept timed deliveries. If you need your order delivered during a specific time range you must contact our shop by phone so that we can verify we will be able to make the delivery for you.
After you have placed your order you will receive two e-mails. The first confirmation e-mail will show the item you have requested to purchase. The second e-mail will verify if the product you selected is available for delivery on the day selected and that your billing information is correct. A response to this second e-mail maybe required before we will process any credit card payment. Please provide an e-mail address that you can be easily reached at. If we are unable to reach you to finalize your order and confirm that the item you requested is available then the order will be considered cancelled. Thank you.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All pictures shown are for example purposes only. What varieties of flowers are used in your actual arrangement will depend on what is available from our wholesalers week to week.
Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of flowers during various times of the year, especially during major holidays. We hand design each arrangement, so floral varieties, floral colors/shades and containers may vary due to availability. Please keep in mind that when substitutions are made, the arrangements to not typically look the same as the example pictures shown. Certain flowers like alstroemeria and lilies may arrive in bud form, ready to bloom open in a few days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a cancellation is requested for any reason a 20% or $15 (whichever is greater) cancellation fee will be applied to the order. This does not apply to orders that are cancelled due to the product being unavailable.
DELIVERY POLICY
We will make one delivery attempt per order. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the floral order on the porch.
