SUBSTITUTION POLICY

This policy will apply to all orders. Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of flowers during various times of the year, especially during major holidays. We hand design each arrangement, so colors, floral varieties and containers may vary due to availability. 

 

DELIVERY POLICY

We will make one delivery attempt per order. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will either try to find someone like a neighbor that can accept the order for them or the floral order will be left on the porch. If weather conditions prevent us from leaving the order on the porch or if the order is going to a business that will not accept the delivery then the recipient will need to pick up their order from our shop.
